摘  要:青海某矽卡岩型铁铜多金属矿石中矿物嵌布粒度微细,伴生有闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿等矿物,且易泥化的蛇纹石、橄榄石、绿泥石等脉石矿物含量高。针对该矿石特征,进行了综合回收工艺研究。结果表明:采用铜硫混合浮选-中矿再磨-铜硫分离-弱磁选铁工艺流程,以及采用新型捕收剂和抑制剂相结合,在最佳试验条件下,获得了铜回收率75. 28%、全铁回收率73. 12%的较好指标,且伴生元素锌得到了综合回收。A certain skarn type iron-copper polymetallic ore in Qinghai has its minerals embedded in fine grain size,associated with sphalerite,pyrrhotite and other minerals,and the content of easily argillous serpentine,olivine,chlorite and other gangue minerals is high. According to the characteristics of the ore,comprehensive recovery process is studied. The results show that when the process of copper sulfur mixed flotation-middling regrinding-copper sulfur separation-iron recovery by weak magnetic separation and a new type of collector and inhibitor were used,under optimal test conditions,the copper recovery rate is 75. 28 % and total iron recovery rate is 73. 12 % which are good index. Besides,the associated zinc element can be comprehensively recovered.
