摘 要:目的研究茯苓多糖超滤前后在聚醚砜(PES)-1万膜上的静态等温吸附模型以及解吸方法。方法蒽酮-硫酸法测定茯苓多糖的含量,考察不同初始浓度的茯苓多糖在PES膜上的吸附效果,绘制吸附等温线,根据吸附平衡数据拟合吸附方程。并以解吸率为指标,考察不同pH解吸溶液的解吸效果。结果茯苓多糖在PES-1万膜上吸附符合Freundlich模型,pH为8的碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠缓冲溶液为解吸剂的解吸效果最佳。结论 PES-1万膜对茯苓多糖有吸附作用,其吸附行为与解吸方法为中药活性成分的资源化回收提供了依据。OBJECTIVE To research the static isothermal adsorption model and desorption method by studying of polysaccharides fromPachyman by PES-10 000 membrane.METHODS The content of polysaccharides from Pachyman was measured by anthrone-sulfuric acid method.The adsorption effect of polysaccharides from Pachyman with different initial concentrations on PES membrane was investigated,from which the isothermal absorption curves were drawn and the isothermal absorption equations were fitted.Taking the desorption rate as the index,the effect of desorption were evaluated by desorption solutions with different pH.RESULTS The adsorption of polysaccharides from Pachyman on PES-10 000 membrane was in accordance with the Freundlich model,and the dynamic desorption effect was the best in sodium bicarbonate solution with pH8.CONCLUSION PES-10 000 membrane had adsorption effect on polysaccharide fromPachyman,and its adsorption behavior and desorption method could provide a certain experimental basis for the resource recovery of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredient.
