病案信息质量管理对医疗质量的管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析病案信息质量管理对医疗质量的管理效果。方法抽取医院2017年6月—2019年5月收治96份患者病案进行管理分析,以医院强化病案管理质量时间2018年6月为分界点,将患者分别纳入管理组(n=50)和对照组(n=46),其中,对照组采取常规管理方式,管理组实施病案信息质量管理,比较两组的管理质量、管理问题发生率和医院管理人员对管理方式的满意率。结果(1)管理组三项质量指标评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)管理组问题发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(28.26%),管理组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)两组满意率比较,管理组为98.00%,对照组为78.26%,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.001<0.05),管理组优于对照组。结论采用病案信息质量管理,相比与传统的常规管理方式,取得的医疗方面管理质量更高,利于促进医院实现档案管理的持续改建,对建立现代化高效档案管理中具有重要意义,实施效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of medical record information quality management in medical quality management.Methods 96 patient cases of the hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were extracted to management and analyzed,The time June 2018 was considered as the demarcation point to strengthen the quality of medical records information management in the hospital,and the patients were included in the management group(n=50)and the control group(n=46).The control group was routinely managed,and the management group was implemented the quality management of the medical records.Management quality,management problem occurrence rate and satisfaction rate of hospital management personnel on management methods were compared.Results(1)The scores of the three quality indicators in the management group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of the management group(2.00%)was lower than that of the control group(28.26%),and the management group was statistically significant better(P<0.05).(3)The satisfaction rate of the two groups was 98.00%in the management group and 73.91%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.001).The management group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Using the quality management of medical record information,compared with the traditional routine management methods,the medical management quality obtained is higher,which is conducive to promoting the continuous reconstruction of the file management in the hospital.It is of great significance in the establishment of modern and efficient file management,and the implementation effect is remarkable.
