摘　　要：目的探究肌腱重建治疗韧带断裂并Segond骨折的诊疗效果。方法选取本院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的30例前韧带断裂并Segond骨折患者,按照入院的先后顺序分为观察组和参照组,观察组给予肌腱重建治疗;参照组给予修补手术治疗,对比两组患者膝关节功能恢复情况,判断肌腱重建治疗的临床效果。结果本研究观察组治疗后Lysholm评分、KT1000值以及IK-DC评分为(87.35±3.35)分、(4.57±1.51)分、(83.37±1.21)分。参照组治疗后Lysholm评分、KT1000值以及IK-DC评分为(76.63±2.34)分、(2.78±0.29)分、(89.78±1.29)分。观察组显著高于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组治疗有效率为73.33%,参照组治疗有效率为33.33%,观察组显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论韧带断裂并Segond骨折的患者经过肌腱重建治疗后,膝关节的各项功能指标有明显提升,可以有效减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者韧带恢复强度,帮助患者早日恢复正常的生活。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tendon reconstruction on ligament rupture and Segond fracture.Methods Thirty patients with anterior ligament rupture and Segond fracture admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the order of admission.The observation group was given tendon reconstruction treatment.The reference group was given repair surgery,and the knee joint function recovery of the two groups were compared to judge the clinical effect of tendon reconstruction treatment.Results Lysholm score,KT1000 value and IK-DC score of the observation group in this study were(87.35±3.35)points,(4.57±1.51)points and(83.37±1.21)points after treatment.Lysholm score,KT1000 value and IK-DC score in the reference group were(76.63±2.34)points,(2.78±0.29)points and(89.78±1.29)points after treatment.The observation group was significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 73.33%,and that in the reference group was 33.33%.the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After tendon reconstruction treatment,the functional indexes of knee joint in patients with ligament rupture and Segond fracture have been significantly improved,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the recovery strength of patients’ligaments,and help patients to resume normal life as soon as possible.
