鸟巢护理结合音乐疗法在早产儿护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究在极低出生体质量早产儿护理中应用水床式鸟巢护理结合音乐疗法对极低出生体质量早产儿的影响。方法选取82例在本院出生的极低出生体质量早产儿,病例选取时间为2017年3月—2019年2月,采用随机分组法,分成对照和观察两组,每组患者数量各为41例。给予对照组患者水床式鸟巢护理方法,给予观察组患者水床式鸟巢护理结合音乐疗法。结果刚出生时,两组早产儿体重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,1周体重、2周体重观察组早产儿体重均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。刚出生时,两组早产儿自行摄奶量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生7 d及14 d后,观察组自行摄奶量较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在极低出生体质量中应用水床式鸟巢护理结合音乐疗法护理方法,有助于提升早产儿体质量,降低并发症发生率,提升早产儿摄奶量。Objective To explore the effect of water bed bird nest nursing combined with music therapy on very low birth weight premature infants.Methods 82 premature infants with very low birth weight born in the hospital were selected from March 2017 to February 2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The patients in the control group were given the nursing method of the water bed bird nest,and the observation group was given the water bed bird nest nursing combined with music therapy.Results There was no statistically significant difference in body weight between the two groups at birth(P>0.05).After operation,the body weight of premature infants in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the weight of premature infants in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At birth,there was no statistically significant difference in milk intake between the two groups(P>0.05),but after 7 days and 14 days of birth,the self-milk intake in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of water bed bird nest nursing combined with music therapy in very low birth weight is helpful to improve the quality of premature infants,reduce the incidence of complications and increase the milk intake of premature infants.
