摘　　要：目的:通过分析失眠患者6部脉图参数特征,探讨失眠对人体的影响。方法:应用最小二乘回归选优分析方法,筛选出失眠患者的双手寸、关、尺6部脉图主要分类参数,并构建脉图模型,用最有代表性的6个参数对2组人群进行分类判决。结果:失眠患者和正常人的脉图有明显差异,正确区分率为87%。左寸、右关和右尺脉的参数在2组人群分类中影响最大。结论:对失眠患者可以通过脉图参数与正常人区分,这为从中医脉学角度诊疗失眠提供一定的参考依据。Objective:To investigate the influence of insomnia on human body by analyzing the characteristics of 6 pulses of insomniacs.Methods:The least squares regression analysis was used for selecting the 6 pulses graph parameters of cun,guan,chi of both hands in insomniacs,and making pulse graphic model.The most representative 6 parameters were used for classification.Results:There was a significant difference in the pulse graph between insomniacs and normal subjects,and the correct rate was 87%.The parameters of left cun,right guan,right chi had the greatest impact on the 2 groups.Conclusion:Insomniacs could be distinguished by pulse graph parameters with normal subjects,which provided the datum proofs for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia from the perspective of TCM pulse.
