摘　　要：文章以异质性人力资本为切入点,系统阐述劳动收入份额对产业创新的作用机制,运用2001-2017年省际层面数据,检验劳动收入份额、异质性人力资本及两者交互项对产业自主创新和技术吸收的影响。结果发现:全国层面:劳动收入份额、异质性人力资本均对产业自主创新与技术吸收具有显著负效应;劳动收入份额与异质性人力资本交互项对产业自主创新与技术吸收发挥显著正效应,人力资本水平越低,劳动收入份额与其交互项对产业创新影响越大。区域层面:东部和中西部劳动收入份额对产业自主创新和技术吸收均产生显著负效应,东部劳动收入份额对技术吸收影响更强,中西部劳动收入份额更倾向于自主创新;东部低级人力资本对产业自主创新和技术吸收发挥显著负效应,中西部中级人力资本对产业自主创新发挥显著负效应;东部劳动收入份额借助低级人力资本对产业自主创新产生显著正效应,而中西部劳动收入份额通过异质性人力资本均对产业自主创新和技术吸收产生显著正效应。Starting from heterogeneous human capital,this paper systematically expounds the mechanism of labor income share on industrial innovation,and uses the inter-provincial data from 2001 to 2017 to test the influence of labor income share,heterogeneous human capital and their interaction on industrial independent innovation and technology absorption.Results shows that national labor income share and heterogeneous human capital have significant negative effects on industrial innovation and technology absorption;labor income share and heterogeneous human capital interaction item exert significant positive effect on industrial independent innovation and technology absorption.The lower the level of human capital is,the greater the impact of labor income share and its interaction item on industrial innovation.Labor income share in the east,center and west has significant negative effects on industrial independent innovation and technology absorption.The eastern labor income share has greater effects on technology absorption,while the central & western labor income share have greater effects on independent innovation;the low level human capital in the east has a significant negative effect on industrial independent innovation and technology absorption,and the middle level human capital in the central and western regions has a significant negative effect on industrial independent innovation;the labor income share in the east has a significant positive effect on industrial independent innovation through the low-level human capital,while the labor income share in the center and west has a significant positive effect on industrial independent innovation and technology absorption through the heterogeneous human capital.
