摘 要:文章利用2001-2017年中国"一带一路"重点建设省域的面板数据,采用面板向量自回归模型测度产业升级对女性就业的影响。研究发现:"一带一路"经济带的产业升级速度较快,但产业间协调程度较弱;产业高度化是女性就业的"助推器",且驱动力会随滞后期数的增加而强化;产业合理化对女性就业拉动影响效应微弱。对此,提出要重塑"一带一路"经济带产业协调机制、继续激发产业高度化与合理化对女性就业的增加效应、重视女性人力资本的开发等政策建议。This paper uses panel data and the PVAR model to explore the impact of the industrial upgrading on the women’s employment.This panel data comes from the 2001-2017 China the "Belt and Road" key construction provinces.The research shows that the industrial upgrading of the "Belt and Road" economic belt is faster,but the degree of coordination between industries is relatively weak;the industrial upgrading is a "booster" for the women’s employment.In particular,the industrialization is the leading driver of female employment creation.And the driving force is strengthening with the increase of the lag period;the rationalization of this industry has a positive effect on the female employment.However the impact effect is weak.Therefore,this paper proposes to reshape the industrial coordination mechanism of the "Belt and Road"economic belt,strengthen the increasing effect of the industrialization on women’s employment,stimulate the promotion effect of the industrial rationalization on the women’s employment,and continue to attach importance to the development of the female human capital.
