锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板联合缝合锚固定治疗锁骨远端不稳定骨折效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨解剖锁定钢板联合缝合锚固定治疗锁骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果。方法将68例锁骨远端不稳定骨折患者随机分成两组,各34例。对照组患者接受锁骨钩钢板固定治疗,观察组患者接受解剖锁定钢板联合缝合锚固定治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果两组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间均无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.01);术后半年,观察组的Constant各单项评分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论解剖锁定钢板联合缝合锚固定能更好地复位固定骨折,缩短骨折愈合时间,促使关节功能恢复到满意程度。Objective To assess the clinical value of anatomical locking plate with suture anchor fixation in treating unstable distal clavicle fracture.Methods A total of 68 cases of unstable distal clavicle fractures were randomly divided into two groups.Both clavicular hook plate fixation and anatomical locking plate plus suture anchorage were respectively introduced to the control group and observation group.And the therapeutic results of two methods were evaluated.Results No statistically significant difference in intra-operative bleeding,operation time and hospitalization existed between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group got a shorter fracture healing time compared to that of the control group(P<0.01).After half a year,the natomical locking plate plus suture anchorage resulted in higher single and total Constant-Murtey scores compared to those of clavicular hook plate fixation(P<0.01).Conclusion There was a significant effectiveness with regards to functional restoration of shoulder joint and fracture union time for management of unstable fracture of the distal clavicle,using anatomical locking plate plus suture anchorage.
