脐疗联合穴位按摩对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并便秘患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析脐疗法联合穴位按摩治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期合并便秘患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年11月~2018年11月我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并便秘患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各43例,参照组患者给予一般护理干预,研究组患者于一般护理的基础上再给予脐疗法和穴位按摩,比较两组患者的临床干预结果。结果干预后,研究组患者临床治疗的总有效率优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究患者各项排便相关指标均显著优于参照组,治疗的满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脐疗法联合穴位按摩可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并便秘患者的排便功能,临床治疗效果良好,具有在临床大力推广应用的价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of navel therapy combined with point massage in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage combined with constipation.Methods 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with constipation who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the study group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were given general nursing intervention while patients in the study group were given navel therapy combined with point massage on basis of general nursing.The clinical intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the relevant indexes of defecation in the study group were significantly better than that of the reference group and the satisfaction with treatment was significantly higher than that in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Navel therapy combined with point massage can effectively improve the defecation function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage combined with constipation.The clinical curative effect is good and it has great value in clinical promotion and application.
