克拉霉素治疗生殖道衣原体感染的有效性及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探究克拉霉素治疗生殖道衣原体感染的有效性及安全性。方法选取我院2018年3~12月收治的生殖道衣原体感染患者150例,按随机数字表法分为A组(50例)、B组(50例)及C组(50例),分别给予口服克拉霉素片、阿奇霉素分散片及盐酸多西环素分散片进行治疗。比较三组患者治疗后的临床疗效、症状消退时间和生殖道衣原体清除率以及不良反应情况。结果三组患者治疗总有效率中A组患者明显高于B、C两组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组症状消退时间最快、衣原体清除率最高,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者不良反应发生率分别为6.00%、8.00%及12.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克拉霉素治疗生殖道衣原体感染疗效显著,衣原体清除率高,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of clarithromycin in the treatment of genital chlamydia infection.Methods 150 patients with genital chlamydia infection who were admitted to our hospital from March to December 2018 were selected as subjects of this study.The patients were divided into group A(50 cases),group B(50 cases)and group C(50 cases)according to the random number table method,and were treated with oral clarithromycin tablets,azithromycin dispersible tablets and doxycycline hydrochloride dispersible tablets respectively.The clinical efficacy,symptom regression time,clearance rate of genital chlamydia and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the three groups.Results Among the three groups,the total effective rate of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A showed the shortest symptom regression time and the highest clearance rate of chlamydia.The differences between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups were 6.00%,8.00%and 12.00%,respectively,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin has shown significant efficacy,high clearance rate of chlamydia and high safety in the treatment of genital chlamydia infection,which is worthy of clinical application.
