惠州市流浪精神病患者护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析惠州市流浪精神病患者临床特点和现状及干预的对策。方法选取2016年5月~2019年1月惠州市精神病院收治的198例患者为研究对象。随机分为监管组和干预组,每组99例。对比患者临床药物干预状况和临床干预效果。结果惠州市精神病患者状态情况评价中,干预组评价效果显著好于监管组(P<0.05),惠州市流浪精神病患者护理干预中,监管组和干预组运用监管药物不同,使得患者护理情况出现了偏差,总的来说,干预组患者药物干预效果明显。且两组流浪精神病患者在临床干预效果对比上,有明显的不同。干预组患者通过干预护理实施后的临床干预效果显著高于监管组(P<0.05),同时惠州市流浪精神病患者干预前后各项指标对比中,干预组干预后指标评价显著好于监管组(P<0.05)。结论惠州市流浪精神病患者临床特点存在着很大的差异,由于个体精神病诱发因素不同,对其干预措施的实施也应该作出科学的调整,从而保障在调整患者干预措施中,有效地为患者的病情干预作出控制。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and current situation of homeless psychiatric patients in Huizhou and the countermeasures for intervention.Methods 198 patients who were admitted to Huizhou Psychiatric Hospital between May 2016 and January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the supervision group and the intervention group,with 99 cases in each group.The clinical drug intervention status and clinical intervention effect of patients were compared.Results In the assessment of the state of mental illness in Huizhou,the intervention group was significantly better than the supervision group(P<0.05).In the nursing intervention of patients with homeless psychiatric patients in Huizhou,the supervision group and the intervention group used different supervision drugs,which made nursing situation deviate.In general,the intervention group has more remarkable effects of drug intervention.And the differences of clinical intervention effects of the two groups were significantly different.The clinical intervention effect of patients in intervention group after intervention nursing was significantly higher than that in supervision group(P<0.05).At the same time,in the comparison of various indicators before and after intervention,the indicator evaluation of the intervention group was significantly better than that in the supervision group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical characteristics of patients with homeless psychiatric patients in Huizhou are very different.Due to the different inducing factors,the implementation of their interventions should also be adjusted scientifically,so as to ensure that the patients'interventions are effectively adjusted to control their condition.
