FOCUS-PDCA循环管理模式在精神科开放病房危险物品管理质量持续改进中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理程序对精神科开放病房安全管理的改善作用。方法将于2018年4~7月入住开放病房的74例患者及其陪护应用常规安全管理的作为对照组,将于2018年8~11月入住开放病房的76例患者及其陪护应用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理程序的作为观察组。综合分析两组安全管理落实情况,并经统计、计算后作出比较。结果观察组的日检出危险物品件数(2.12±1.09)显著低于对照组的日检出危险物品件数(4.49±1.56),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者及其陪护安全管理知识知晓率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对精神科开放病房运用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理模式可有效降低危险物品检出情况,提高患者及其陪护住院期间病房安全意识。Objective To explore the improvement effect of FOCUS-PDCA cycle management procedure on the safety management of psychiatric open wards.Methods 74 patients and their caregivers who were admitted to the open ward from April 2018 to July 2018 and received conventional safety management procedure were included as the control group.76 patients and their caregivers who were admitted to the open ward from August 2018 to November 2018 and received FOCUS-PDCA cycle management procedure were included as the observation group.A comprehensive analysis of the implementation of safety management in the two groups was conducted and the results were compared after statistical analysis and calculation.Results The daily detected number of dangerous goods in the observation group(2.12±1.09)was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.49±1.56),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The awareness rate of safety management knowledge of patients and their caregivers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of FOCUSPDCA cycle management model in psychiatric open wards can effectively reduce the detection rate of dangerous goods and improve the safety awareness of patients and their caregivers during hospitalization.
