医用胶粘合法修复甲床损伤的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探析甲床损伤患者采取医用胶粘合法修复效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年12月本院接收80例甲床损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(n=40)行传统缝合法修复,研究组则接受医用胶粘合法修复,对比两组愈合状况、创面愈合时间及治疗时间。结果研究组治疗优良率为95%,对照组为77.5%,研究组相比于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在创面愈合时间及治疗时间方面,研究组均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生率方面,研究组为5%,对照组为20%,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲床损伤疾病治疗期间,采取医用胶粘合法修复不仅可以缩短患者创面愈合时间,加快患者创面愈合速度,同时有助于改善患者创口损伤状况。Objective To explore the effect of medical adhesive binding in repairing nail bed injury.Methods 80 patients with nail bed injuries who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)underwent traditional suture repair while the study group underwent medical adhesive binding repair.The healing status,wound healing time and treatment time of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment was 95%in the study group and 77.5%in the control group.The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the wound healing time and treatment time,the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of complication rate,the study group was 5%,and the control group was 20%.The study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of nail bed injury,medical adhesive binding can not only shorten the healing time of wounds of patients and accelerate the healing speed of wounds,but also help to improve the wound status of patients.
