摘  要:齿轮传递误差是衡量齿轮副动态性能的重要指标,齿轮时变啮合刚度对周期性变化的传递误差有重要的影响,二者是齿轮副重要的内部激励。为充分揭示两者的内在联系,同时考虑轮齿修形工艺对传递误差的影响,准确给出了齿顶修形量对齿轮啮合区的影响区间模型和齿向修形模型,建立了考虑齿轮修形因素的基于时变啮合刚度的齿轮传递误差计算模型。将传递误差的理论模型与试验结果对比,得到了良好的吻合效果,验证了传递误差模型的准确性。The gear transmission error is an important index to measure the dynamic performance of the gear pairs. The timevarying meshing stiffness of the gear has an important influence on the transmission error of the periodic changes. They are two important internal excitation of the gear pairs.In order to fully reveal the correlation between the two,taking into account the effect of tooth tip modification and tooth shape modification on the transmission error,a calculation model of gear transmission error based on time-varying meshing stiffness is established. The influence interval model of the tooth tip modification amount on the gear meshing area is accurately given.The theoretical transmission error model is compared with the experimental results,and the good agreement results are obtained. The accuracy of the transfer error model is verified.
