摘 要:为解决近海区域水面垃圾污染的问题,利用Solidworks设计了海洋垃圾回收船的船体结构、驱动装置、输送装置等零部件,分析了垃圾回收原理及各部件的相互驱动关系。为提高垃圾回收效率,结合水面垃圾极易随水流动这一特点,提出了以水为载体,形成特定水流,带动漂浮物,实现垃圾收拢、导流、传输、分流的回收过程。通过设计垃圾聚拢装置、垃圾导流螺旋桨等装置,来加快垃圾回收。并通过分流孔洞,来减小船体行驶阻力,实现垃圾与水的分离,降低垃圾船的负载,满足了景区单人高效水面垃圾回收的需要。In order to solve the surface refuse pollution problem in coastal areas,the hull structure,driving device and conveyor of the marine garbage collection vessel were designed with Solidworks. The principle of garbage collection and the mutual driving relationship of each component were analyzed. In order to improve the efficiency of garbage collection,combined with the characteristics that the water surface garbage can be easily flowed with water,we proposed a new collection process,including furling,diversion,transmission and split-flow. This can be done by using water as a carrier to produce a specific water flow,and drive floating objects. Then,the garbage gathering device and garbage diversion propeller were designed to speed up garbage collection. After that,the hull driving resistance was decreased by using split-flow holes. Thus,the separation of garbage and water can be achieved,and the load of the collection vessel was also decreased. Therefore,we can meet the requirement for single-person to recycle surface water refuse efficiently in the scenic area.
