摘  要:根据电梯导轨的截面形状和技术要求,应用专业的冷弯成型设计软件COPRA对电梯导轨进行成型工艺的设计,并运用变形模拟功能分析了该工艺设计的合理性。在此基础上建立了符合实际工况的计算模型,将变形圆角处的网格进行加密划分,并进行了全流程的成型仿真。通过对位移、接触应力、截面对比、单元节点的宽度应变分析,得到仿真结果中圆角处的减薄量与实际的成型结果基本一致。结合仿真结果与现场安装调试出现的成型缺陷,研究出相应的解决策略。结果表明:COPRA软件计可以预测成型缺陷、提高设计的可靠性;模具的现场调试对产品的最终成型质量具有重要的意义。According to the cross section shape and the technical requirements of elevator guide rail,the study applies COPRA software to design the forming process of elevator guide rail,and also analyses the rationality of the design process using the deformation simulation function. The calculation model is established accordance with the actual working conditions on the base,in which the mesh in the deformed fillet is encrypted and divided,and the whole process is simulated. Through the strain analysis of displacement,contact stress,section contrast and width of the element joint,it is found that the thinning amount at the fillet is basically the same as the actual forming result. According to the simulation results and the defects in field installation and debugging,the corresponding solutions are studied.The results show that the COPRA software can predict the forming defects and improve the reliability of the design. The on-site debugging of the mold is of great significance to the final molding quality of the products.
