摘 要:汽车干式离合器压盘摩擦面产生的内凹变形的发生过程及其关键影响因素尚不清楚。建立了压盘总成简化有限元模型。推导了持续滑磨工况下压盘摩擦面热流密度的一种函数表达式。模拟了压盘在持续滑磨至冷却工况下其摩擦面产生内凹变形的过程。分析了摩擦面最高温度、压紧力以及压盘齿顶处摩擦系数等三个重要因素对压盘内凹变形量的影响规律。将数值仿真结果与台架试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:所建立的数值仿真模型能有效地模拟压盘内凹变形过程;压盘产生内凹变形是由于压盘冷却至其摩擦面水平时压盘内部仍存在温差所致;摩擦面最高温度对压盘的内凹量影响较大,温度越高、内凹变形量越大;压紧力及压盘齿顶处摩擦系数影响不明显。The process of the concave deformation of the friction surface of the pressure plate of the automobile dry clutch and its key influencing factors are still unknown. A simplified finite element model of the pressure plate assembly is established. A functional expression of the heat flux in the friction surface of the pressure plate under continuous sliding condition is deduced. The process of the concave deformation of the friction surface of the pressure plate under the condition of continuous sliding to the natural cooling condition is simulated. The influence of three factors,such as the maximum temperature of the friction surface,the force of pressing and the friction coefficient at the top of the pressure plate,on the concave deformation of the pressure plate are analyzed. The numerical simulation results are compared with the rig test results. It proves that the numerical simulation model built can effectively simulate the process of the concave deformation of the pressure plate,and the criticalcause for the concave deformation of the pressure plate is that the temperature gradient exits in the plate when the friction surface of the plate is cooled to its original horizontal level during the cooling stage. The maximum temperature of the friction surface of the pressure plate has a greater influence on the concave amount of the pressure plate. With the increasing of the temperature,the amount of concave deformation is correspondingly increased. The influence of the force of pressing and the friction coefficient between the pressure plate and the diaphragm on the concave amount of the pressure plate are not significant.
