摘  要:高速高效切削加工是机械加工的必然发展方向。刀具刃口钝化通过改变切削刃的微观轮廓,提高刀具使用寿命、改善切削性能和加工表面质量。基于刀具刃口磁力钝化方法,研究了硬质合金刀具钝化过程中,磁盘间隙对钝化压力和去除量的影响规律,采用有限元软件ANSYS对刀具刃口钝化过程中进行磁场分析,分析了磁盘间距对磁感应强度和磁力线分布的影响规律,并通过与实验相结合,研究钝化时间和工作间隙对钝圆半径的影响规律,研究成果对于实现刀具钝化刃口优化,促进我国装备制造业的发展具有重要的科学和工程意义。Higher speeds and efficiencies in cutting is the inevitable direction that development in mechanical processing technology will follow.Tool edge preparation prolongs the service life of the tool,elevates the processed surface quality and cutting performance by modifying the cutting-edge contour,micro topography and microstructure in the edge area.Based on the magnetic edge preparation,the influence of the magnetic disk gap on the pressure and the material removal amount is revealed in the process of the cemented carbide tool edge.The influence of the magnetic density and magnetic line distribution is analyzed through ANSYS simulation.The influence of the edge preparation time and disk gap on the edge radius is revealed through the experiment.The results provide the basis for the tool edge preparation optimization,and it is of great scientific and engineering significance to promote the equipment manufacturing industry development.
