摘 要:为探讨燃油箱振动耐久性试验中半箱油对燃油箱结构的影响,利用有限元软件分别对某燃油箱在空箱状态进行模态分析和在半载状态下(即燃油箱额定容量的1/2的油)利用流固耦合的方法进行阻尼振动分析。分析得到了这两种状态下燃油箱的固有频率及对应振型,并对该燃油箱进行扫频试验验证。结果表明,在空箱状态下,最大位移出现在隔板上,在半载状态下,最大位移出现在下箱体上,并且燃油箱的前四阶固有频率均有不同幅度的下降,下降幅度最大达到56.8%。可见由于半箱油对该燃油箱的作用使该燃油箱的固有振型发生改变并且使其固有频率大幅降低,而且随着固有频率阶数的上升,下降幅度也在减小,其中第一阶固有频率受影响最大。此外这种分析方法可以对燃油箱在装载油液后,在振动耐久性试验中是否会产生共振,起到预测和防范作用,并对燃油箱的改进起到一定的指导作用。For investigating the effect of half a tank of oil on the fuel tank structure in the fuel tank vibration durability test,in this paper,the finite element software isrespectively used to the modal analysis in the state of fuel tank without oil and the damping vibration analysis in half load(a 1/2 oil of fuel tank rated capacity)with the methodin fluid-structure interaction. The natural frequencies and corresponding modes of vibrationtypes of the fuel tank under the two conditions areobtained by analysis and the test of the fuel tank is verified by frequency sweepexperiment.The results show that the maximal displacement appeared on the baffle under the condition without oil and the maximal displacement appeared on the bottom in half load. The first fourdegree natural frequencies of the fuel tank have decreased in varying degrees with the steepest descender reaching56.8%. It canbe seen that due to the effect of half tank of oil on the fuel tank,the natural frequencies of the fuel tank has changed and its natural frequency has been greatly reduced. As natural frequencies degree goes up,descender is also decreased andfirst degree natural frequencies are most affected.In addition,the fuel tank be loaded with oilcould be resonance in experiment on vibration durability,this method of analysis plays a role in prediction and prevention and play a guiding role in the improvement of fuel tank.
