摘  要:针对实时无隙精密钢球传动组合行星盘特殊的结构,在分析接触点弹性转角产生机理并考虑导向槽尺寸误差、导向钢球尺寸误差与导向槽分布圆径向误差的基础上,建立了接触点处力学模型,利用力矩平衡方程以及接触点处刚度系数推导实际接触角和弹性转角表达式,利用MATLAB对其进行精确求解,并分析了三种误差变化对实际接触角和弹性转角的影响,通过对三种误差灵敏度分析,得到误差灵敏度变化规律。结果表明,导向钢球尺寸误差对弹性转角影响最为明显,其余两种误差影响非常小。研究结果为组合行星盘的设计和机构整体的精度计算提供理论依据。In view of the especially construction of combined planetary plate of real-time non-clearance precision ball transmission,based on mechanism analysis of the contact point elastic corner and error consideration of guide groove,guide balls and the distribution circle of guide groove,the mechanic model of the contact point is established. The calculated formula of the actual contact angle and elastic turn angle are deduced by using the torque balance equation and the contact point stiffness coefficient. The answer is exact calculated by MATLAB. The influence of three changed errors is analyzed,and the changed law of sensitivity is obtained. The results show that the ball error influence on the elastic turn angle is the most obvious. The other errors’ influence is very little. The research result provides theoretical basis for the design of combined planetary plate and the calculation of mechanical accuracy.
