摘  要:以碘化1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑与硅钨酸为原料,经沉淀反应制备了一种杂多酸盐催化剂,进而研发了一种氧化脱硫催化剂体系:杂多酸盐催化剂+DMF+30%(w)H2O2。采用红外光谱分析、X射线衍射、热重分析对杂多酸盐催化剂进行了物性表征,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、催化剂质量浓度及氧化剂双氧水体积对脱硫效果的影响并对氧化脱硫反应进行了动力学研究。结果表明:在优化反应条件下,二苯并噻吩的脱除率为90.75%,对二苯并噻吩氧化脱硫反应为一级反应,表观活化能为28.894 kJ/mol。A heteropoly acid catalyst is prepared by precipitation reaction of 1-vinyl-3-methylimidazolium iodine and silicotungstic acid, and then a catalyst system for oxidative desulfurization is developed:heteropolyacid salts catalyst +DMF+30%(w)H2O2.The catalyst is characterized by FTIR,XRD,TG-DTG. The effects of reaction temperature, amount of catalyst, concentration of catalyst and volume of oxidant hydrogen peroxide on desulfurization are investigated, and the kinetics of desulfurization is studied. The results show that the removal rate of dibenzothiophene is 90.75%,and the oxidation desulfurization of dibenzothiophene is a first-order reaction, and the apparent activation energy is 28.894 kJ/mol.
