煤矿松软煤层固化密封材料的工业化试验研究

摘  要:针对煤质松软的煤层巷道掘进采煤过程中巷道头、新掘进的巷道帮、顶煤壁间会释放出大量瓦斯气体的问题,以潞安余吾煤矿S2107工作面的回风顺槽为研究对象,将研发的以水泥、粉煤灰作为粉体材料的固化密封材料的进行了煤矿井下巷道喷涂试验。结果表明:该固化密封喷涂材料喷涂在巷道表面后,会在煤壁表面固化,在煤壁表面形成一层致密的保护层,降低了巷道四周的透气性系数,延缓了瓦斯向巷道空间的运移;同时还阻碍了煤壁内的瓦斯气体向巷道内涌出及巷道内的混合气体进入煤,降低了瓦斯涌出强度,且该材料的生产成本较低,有较好的工业化应用前景。In view of the problem that a large amount of methane gas can be released from the roadway head, the newly excavated roadway side and the top coal wall in the process of coal mining in the soft coal seam, taking the air-return roadway of S2107 mining face in Yuwu coal mine of Lu’an Group as the research object, the test of coal mine roadway spraying using cement and fly ash as solidified sealing materials is carried out.The results show that the solidified sealing material can solidify on the surface of coal wall and form a dense protective layer on the surface of coal wall, which reduces the gas permeability coefficient around the roadway and delays the methane gas migration to the tunnel.The gas emission from the coal wall to the tunnel and the mixed gas in the tunnel entering into the coal are also blocked, the gas emission intensity is reduced.The production cost of the material is low and which has a good prospect of industrial application.
