延续性护理干预对肩周炎患者康复依从性及肩关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的延续性护理干预对肩周炎患者康复依从性以及肩关节功能的影响。方法选择2016年12月—2018年12月本院收治的肩周炎患者96例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各48例。对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理干预。对比两组康复依从性、肩关节功能及肩关节疼痛。结果观察组康复依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肩关节功能改善有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的79.17%;肩关节疼痛评分为(1.28±0.76)分,低于对照组的(3.22±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预能够提升肩周炎患者的康复依从性,减轻肩关节疼痛,改善肩关节功能。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on rehabilitation compliance and shoulder function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Ninety-six patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,48 in each group.The control group was given routine discharge guidance,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared for rehabilitation compliance,shoulder function,and shoulder pain.Results The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of improvement of shoulder function in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.17%);The shoulder pain score of observation group was(1.28±0.76),which was lower than that of the control group(3.22±1.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention could improve the rehabilitation compliance of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder function.
