摘 要:目的:通过考察阿萨伊醇提物对虚热及虚寒证小鼠的温度趋向性、环核苷酸、甲状腺素及代谢水平的影响,探讨阿萨伊寒凉药性的物质基础。方法:将昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为空白组、虚热模型组、虚热+阿萨伊冻干原粉组、虚热+阿萨伊醇提物组、虚寒模型组、虚寒+肉桂组、虚寒+阿萨伊冻干原粉组、虚寒+阿萨伊醇提物组。虚热模型组小鼠每天下午灌胃给予甲状腺片溶液160 mg/kg,虚寒模型组小鼠给予氢化可的松溶液25 mg/kg,连续14 d,各给药组灌胃相应药物,实验结束后测定相关指标。结果:阿萨伊醇提物与寒凉性质的阿萨伊作用类似,与温热性质的肉桂作用相反,对虚热模型小鼠作用比较明显,而对虚寒模型无明显改善作用。结论:该实验采用同类比较,异类反证的方法,通过测定动物温度趋向性、环核苷酸、甲状腺激素与能量代谢水平等相关指标的含量变化,证明了阿萨伊醇提物为阿萨伊寒凉药性的物质基础。Objective:To investigate the temperature tendency,cyclic nucleotides,thyroxine and metabolic level of A aíalcohol extract on deficiency-heat and deficiency-cold models and to clarify the material basis of the cool drug properties of the A aí.Methods:KM mice were randomly divided into a blank group,a deficiency-heat model group,a deficiency-heat+A aígroup,a deficiency-heat+A aíalcohol extract group,a deficiency-cold model group,a deficiency-cold+Cortex Cinnamomi group,a deficiency-cold+A aígroup,a deficiency-cold+A aíalcohol extract group.The mice were administered orally at the dose of 160 mg/kg thyroxine and 25 mg/kg hydrocortisone on the afternoon from the first day per day respectively for 14 days to induce deficiency-heat and deficiency-cold models.Each administration group was given the corresponding drug.At the end of the experiment,the related indexes were determined.Results:A aíalcohol extract had the same effect with A aíon deficiency-heat model.In contrast to Cortex Cinnamomi,there was no significant effect on the deficiency-cold model.Conclusion:In this study,the content changes of temperature tendency,cyclic nucleotide,thyroid hormone,metabolism and other related indicators were preliminarily determined to prove that the alcohol extract of A aíis the material basis of A aícold medicine by the methods of homogeneous comparison and heterogeneous disproval.
