降脂通络方对高脂血症模型大鼠胆固醇逆转运蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂通络方对高脂血症模型大鼠胆固醇逆转运蛋白的影响。方法:健康SD大鼠40只,随机抽取10只为正常对照组,余30只建立高脂血症模型后随机分为模型对照组、降脂通络组和辛伐他汀组,每组10只。各组连续干预30 d。检测实验末各组大鼠血清血脂和ABCA1/apoA-I/LCAT的表达水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,实验各组血脂水平升高明显(P<0.05),降脂通络组和辛伐他汀组较模型对照组升高相对缓慢(P<0.05)。与正常对照组比较,实验各组血清ABCA1/apoA-I/LCAT的表达明显降低,降脂通络组、辛伐他汀组较模型对照组降低相对缓慢(P<0.05),其中降脂通络组对血清ABCA1和LCAT延缓下调作用较辛伐他汀组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:降脂通络方对高脂血症的治疗作用可能是通过上调胆固醇逆转运蛋白ABCA1、apoA-1和LCAT,进而促进成熟HDL-C的形成而实现的,这可能是其治疗高脂血症的重要机制之一。Objective:To observe the effects of Jiangzhi Tongluo Recipe on cholesterol reverse transport protein in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods:A total of 40 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into a control group,a Jiangzhi Tongluo group and a simvastatin group,with 10 rats in each group.And another 10 rats were set as a normal control group.Each group was given corresponding treatment for 30 days.Serum lipids and ABCA1/apoA-I/LCAT levels in each group were detected at the end of the experiment.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the serum lipid level of the experimental groups increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the model control group,Jiangzhi Tongluo group and simvastatin group increased relatively slowly(P<0.05).Compared with the normal control group,the expression of ABCA1/apoA-I/LCAT in serum decreased significantly.Compared with the model control group,the Jiangzhi Tongluo group and simvastatin group decreased relatively slowly(P<0.05).The effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo group on serum ABCA1 and LCAT was more significant than that of simvastatin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of Jiangzhi Tongluo Recipe on hyperlipidemia may be realized by up-regulating the cholesterol reverse transporter ABCA1,apoA-1 and LCAT,and then promoting the formation of mature HDL-C.This may be one of the important mechanisms for treatment of hyperlipidemia.
