摘　　要：芍药甘草汤乃仲景为治伤寒误汗伤阴,筋脉失濡而致脚挛急所设,尔后古今医家常以此方加减治疗多种病症。倪珠英教授结合现代药理研究,守病机选投加减,将该方广泛应用于儿科疾病如小儿咳喘、小儿腹痛、肌张力增高等病症,临床应用卓有成效,展现了活用经方、异病同治的思想,彰显了中医药疗效及特色。列举倪珠英教授采用芍药甘草汤加减辨治儿科经典案例,浅谈应用心得,以飨读者。Shaoyao Gancao Decoction was established by Zhang Zhongjing for the treatment of typhoid fever,sweating and damaging yin,muscle and vein loss and foot contracture.Thereafter,doctors in ancient and modern times often use this prescription with modification to treat various diseases.Professor Liu Xiaoying,a tutor,combined with modern pharmacological research,chose to add or subtract from the pathogenesis,and applied the prescription widely in pediatric diseases,such as cough and asthma,abdominal pain and hypertonia.The clinical application of the prescription was effective,showing the idea of using the classical prescription flexibly and treating different diseases simultaneously,and highlighting the curative effect and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper list the classic cases of Professor Liu Xiaoying′s treatment of pediatrics with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,and discussed the application experience to feed the readers.
