临床药师建立和实施未足月胎膜早破药学服务路径效果分析

摘　　要：目的为临床药师实施药学服务路径提供参考。方法选取医院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的未足月胎膜早破孕妇120例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例,分别给予药学服务路径和常规诊疗管理。结果与对照组比较,研究组绒毛膜羊膜炎、新生儿肺炎、用药错误发生率及费用均显著降低(P<0.05),药学查房例次、用药教育例次、提供咨询例次、用药监护人次均显著增多(P<0.05)。结论临床药师通过实施药学服务路径,实行规范化和标准化的药学服务工作,有利于推进临床安全、有效和经济地用药。Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to implement pharmaceutical service pathways.Methods A total of120 pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM)in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,60 cases in each group.They were given pharmaceutical service pathways and routine treatment management respectively.Results Compared with the control group,the chorioamnionitis,neonatal pneumonia,the incidence of medication errors and cost were significantly reduced in the study group(P<0.05);the number of pharmacy rounds,medication education,counselling,and medication guardianship increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the practice of pharmaceutical service pathways,clinical pharmacists could promote the standardization,homogenization and whole-process development of pharmaceutical services and guarantee the safe,reasonable and economical clinical medication.
