化痰通络方联合温针疗法治疗中风后言语不利临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨化痰通络方联合温针疗法治疗中风后言语不利的临床疗效。方法选取衡水市第四人民医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的中风后言语不利患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均予常规西医治疗,同时进行语言功能康复训练,观察组增用化痰通络方联合温针疗法。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分均显著降低,语言功能评分及生活质量评分均显著升高,且观察组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(16.67%比11.67%,P>0.05)。结论化痰通络方联合温针疗法治疗中风后言语不利能改善患者的中医证候及言语功能,提高生活质量。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with warm needle therapy on speech impairment after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with speech impairment after stroke treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and received language functional rehabilitation training,while the observation group was added with Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with warm needle therapy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was obviously higher than 78.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,speech function scores and quality of life scores in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvements in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group(16.67%vs.11.67%,P>0.05).Conclusion Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with warm needling therapy has a significant clinical effect on speech impairment after stroke.It can improve the scores of TCM symptoms and speech function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
