摘  要:为了实现对辖区人口信息的可视化管理,改善传统实有人口管理方式,基于WebGIS设计并实现了警用实有人口可视化管理平台。利用HTML5、CSS3、Javascript进行前端设计,使用PHP语言完成后端开发,在Windows7系统下搭建基于Apache的本地Web服务器,安装MySQL进行数据存储,同时借用百度地图API实现地图服务。该平台能够显示辖区遥感地图和矢量地图,可在地图上对房屋进行精确定位,并以此为基础在系统中录入房屋门牌号以及辖区人口信息,实现“以图管房,以房管人”的人口管理模式。警用实有人口可视化管理平台不仅能够实现辖区人口信息可视化,而且能快速了解辖区人员属性及类别情况,对提高警务工作效率具有重要意义。In order to realize the visual management of the population information in the jurisdiction and improve the traditional popula⁃tion management method,this paper designs and implements the police real population visualization management platform based on WebGIS.HTML5,CSS3,Javascript is used for front-end design,PHP language is employed to complete back-end development,Apache-based local web server under Windows7 system is built,and Mysql is installed to store data Baidu map API helps to realize map service.The platform can display remote sensing maps and vector maps of the jurisdiction,and can accurately locate the houses on the map,and based on this the house number and the population information of the jurisdiction can be input into the system,and the model of managing people by means of house and managing house by maps is realised.The police population visualization manage⁃ment platform can not only realize the visualization of the population information in the jurisdiction,but also helps to quickly under⁃stand the attributes and categories of the personnel in the jurisdiction,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of po⁃lice work.
