摘  要:目的探讨苏苏小儿止咳颗粒提取工艺研究中鞘蕊苏的质量控制方法。方法将样品用二氯甲烷萃取后通过硅胶柱分离纯化,采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射(HPLC-ELSD)法测定鞘蕊苏中异佛司可林的含量。结果阴性样品无干扰,异佛司可林进样量线性范围为0. 093 7~1. 874 0μg(r=0. 999 8),平均回收率为97. 08%,RSD为1. 29%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、可靠,分离度符合要求,可作为苏苏小儿止咳颗粒提取工艺研究样品鞘蕊苏所含异佛司可林的质量控制方法。Objective To investigate the quality control method of the extraction technology for Coleus forskohlii in Susu Xiaoerzhike Granules. Methods The sample was extracted by dichloromethane and purified by silica gel column. The HPLC-ELSD method was used to determine the content of isoforskolin in Qiaoruisu. Results The negative samples showed no interference;the linear range of isoforskolin was 0. 093 7-1. 874 0 μg( r = 0. 999 8);the average recovery was 97. 08%,RSD = 1. 29%( n = 6). Conclusion This method is sensitive,reliable,and meets the requirements of separation. It can be used as a quality control method for isofercolin contained in Coleus forskohlii during the extraction technology of Susu Xiaoerzhike Granules.
