市售制吴茱萸中甘草汁成分质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的探讨市售制吴茱萸中甘草汁成分的质量标准。方法用甘草药材与吴茱萸药材自行炮制制吴茱萸,采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法检测并比较自行炮制吴茱萸与市售吴茱萸中甘草汁成分含量。结果自行购买吴茱萸与甘草中特征性成分吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、柠檬苦素及甘草苷、甘草酸符合2015年版《中国药典(一部)》要求,且其中甘草汁成分相近,均符合2015年版《中国药典(一部)》要求。结论通过试验可掌握市售吴茱萸甘草汁炮制品中甘草苷、甘草酸含量情况。应以2015年版《中国药典(一部)》对制吴茱萸的各项规定为基础,明确规定制吴茱萸的制法、检查、浸出物、含量测定,为制订甘草汁制吴茱萸更完善的质量标准提供参考。Objective To explore the quality standard of glycyrrhiza juice components in commercially processed Evodia rutaecarpa.Methods Processed Evodia rutaecarpa was processed by glycyrrhiza and Evodia rutaecarpa. The contents of glycyrrhiza juice in self-processed Evodia rutaecarpa and marketed Evodia rutaecarpa were detected by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC)method. Results The characteristic components of rutaecarpa,evodiamine,limonin,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in Evodia rutaecarpa and licorice purchased by ourselves met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition,Volume Ⅰ),and the components of licorice juice in self-processed Evodia rutaecarpa and marketed Evodia rutaecarpa were similar,which both met the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition,Volume Ⅰ) . Conclusion The contents of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in processed products of Evodia rutaecarpa from glycyrrhiza juice in the market can be mastered through experiments. Based on the provisions in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition,Volume Ⅰ) onthepreparationof Evodiarutaecarpa,thepreparationmethod,inspection,extractandcontentdeterminationof Evodiarutaecarpa are clearly stipulated. It provides a basis for formulating more complete quality standards of Evodia rutaecarpa from glycyrrhiza juice.
