摘 要:以基于平行连杆加工的圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮为研究对象,利用UG NX10. 0建立存在偏心误差的圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮三维模型,利用Adams建立考虑偏心激励的圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮动力学模型,对传动系统主动轮存在偏心、从动轮存在偏心以及主从动轮均偏心等3种工况进行仿真,获取偏心激励下圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的啮合特性。研究结果表明,3种工况传动系统啮合力均呈现周期性变化;最大啮合力、平均啮合力和啮合力均方根均随齿轮偏心量增加而增加,啮合过程中的冲击越大,平稳性越差。研究结果为圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的设计和应用提供了理论基础。Taking the circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear(CATT gear)processed by parallel linkmechanism as an object of study,a 3 D model of CATT gear with eccentric error is created by UG NX10.0,andthen the dynamics model of CATT gear with eccentricity excitation is created by Adams further to study themeshing characteristics of CATT gear under eccentricity excitation. Three working conditions of driving system,namely,the existence eccentricity of driving wheel,the existence eccentricity of driven wheel and the commoneccentricity of driven and driven wheel are simulated to obtain the meshing characteristics of CATT gear undereccentric excitation. The results show that,the transmission system meshing forces of the three working condi-tions all periodically changes. The maximum meshing force,the average meshing force and the root meansquare of meshing force all increase with the increase of transmission system eccentricity,indicating that thegreater the impact in the meshing process,the worse the stationarity. The research results provide the theoreti-cal basis for the design and application of the CATT gear.
