摘 要:采用机油泵台架试验,分析了泵出压力对外啮合齿轮式机油泵流量脉动特性的影响,结果表明,机油泵的流量脉动系数随泵出压力的增加而减小。运用理论推导和模拟相结合的方法,考察了机油泵的异齿数、模数、压力角及端面间隙等参数对流量脉动的影响。分析表明,模数对机油泵的流量脉动无影响,压力角、异齿数和端面间隙是影响机油泵流量脉动的主要因素;随压力角的增大,流量脉动系数呈逐渐减小趋势。主动轮与从动轮齿数的增加,都有利于减小流量脉动系数,改善机油泵的流量脉动现象,其中,主动轮齿数对流量脉动的影响较大。机油泵的流量脉动系数随端面间隙的增大而有所减小。Based on the bench test of oil pump,the influence of pump outlet pressure on flow pulsation ofexternal gear oil pump is analyzed. The results show that the flow pulsation coefficient of the oil pump decreasedwith the increase of pump outlet pressure. The effects of different teeth number,modulus,pressure angle andend clearance on flow pulsation of oil pump are investigated by method of theoretical derivation and simulation.The analysis showed that the modulus had no effect on the flow pulsation of oil pump. The analysis shows thatthe pressure angle,the number of different teeth and the end clearance are the main factors affecting the flowpulsation. The flow pulsation coefficient decreased gradually with the increase of pressure angle. Increasing thenumber of driving gear teeth and driven gear teeth are beneficial to reducing the flow pulsation coefficient andimproving the flow pulse phenomenon of oil pump. Among them,the number of driving gear teeth has a great in-fluence on the flow pulsation. The flow pulsation coefficient of the oil pump decreased with the increase of theend clearance.
