摘　　要：文章以某热电厂水处理控制系统为例,分析了组态软件组态王和PLC在水处理系统中应用,分析了系统的软硬件结构,实践证明,该系统结构简单,运行可靠,便于推广和应用。本系统利用组态软件丰富的人机界面功能,结合PLC的可靠性以及现场总线的远程数据传输功能,成功实现了热电厂生水处理系统在线检测监控功能,兼顾可操作性、实用性及可靠性,对类似的水处理工程有较好借鉴作用。Taking the water treatment control system of a thermal power plant as an example,this paper analyses the application of configuration software Kingview and PLC in water treatment system,and analyses the software and hardware structure of the system.Practice proves that the system has simple structure,reliable operation and is easy to popularize and apply.This system makes use of the rich man-machine interface functions of configuration software,combined with the reliability of PLC and the remote data transmission function of fieldbus,and successfully realizes the on-line detection and monitoring function of the water treatment system of thermal power plant,taking into account operability,practicality and reliability,and has a good reference function for similar water treatment projects.
