摘　　要：目的观察参绒洁阴粉对小鼠细菌性阴道炎的药效学研究。方法用60只雌性昆明种小鼠建立小鼠细菌性阴道炎模型,观察参绒洁阴粉的体内抑菌作用及对右旋糖酐所致小鼠皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果参绒洁阴粉高、中、低剂量组均可明显提高细菌性阴道炎模型小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌转阴率和大肠埃希菌转阴率,参绒洁阴粉高剂量组能减少右旋糖酐致小鼠皮肤瘙痒的次数、缩短瘙痒持续时间。结论参绒洁阴粉对小鼠细菌性阴道炎模型具有较好的治疗作用,可改善皮肤瘙痒,值得进一步开发利用。Objective To observe the pharmacodynamics of Shenrong Jieyin Powder on bacterial vaginitis in mice.Methods A total of 60 female Kunming mice were used to establish a mouse bacterial vaginitis model,and the antibacterial effect of Shenrong Jieyin Powder in vivo and its effect on dextran-induced skin pruritus in mice were observed.Results The high-,medium-and low-dose groups of Shenrong Jieyin Powder can obviously improve the negative conversion rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in mice with bacterial vaginitis.The high-dose group of Shenrong Jieyin Powder can reduce the times of dextran-induced skin pruritus in mice and shorten the duration of pruritus.Conclusion Shenrong Jieyin Powder has a good therapeutic effect on mouse bacterial vaginitis model,and can improve skin pruritus,which is worthy of further development and utilization.
