超早期手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的采取超早期手术治疗高血压脑出血,分析患者临床症状的改善结果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月扬州市江都人民医院进行疾病检查及治疗的38例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各19例。对照组在发病救治的7~72 h内开展手术治疗,观察组在发病治疗的6 h内开展手术治疗,其手术形式为常规骨窗手术方案,分析两组患者疗效。结果观察组患者格拉斯哥(GCS)评分为(13.6±2.7)分,对照组为(10.5±2.2)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活能力量表(ADL)评分为(73.3±4.2)分,高于对照组的(63.2±4.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为11.11%(1/9),明显低于对照组的33.33%(3/9),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超早期手术治疗高血压脑出血其效果显著,有利于控制疾病的进一步发展,并提升患者的生活质量,在GCS评分上患者改善成果得到了认可。Objective To analyze the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by ultra early operation.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,38 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were examined and treated in Jiangdu people's Hospital of Yangzhou City were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 19 cases.The patients in the control group were operated within 7~72 hours,while those in the observation group were operated within 6 hours.Results The Glasgow(GCS)score of the observation group was(13.6±2.7)and that of the control group was(10.5±2.2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL score of the observation group was(73.3±4.2),higher than that of the control group(63.2±4.5),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.11%(1/9),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of super early operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is significant,which is conducive to the further development of disease control and the improvement of patients'quality of life.The improvement of patients'GCS score has been recognized.
