常规疗法联合综合饮食管理干预糖尿病肾病效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察常规疗法联合综合饮食管理干预糖尿病肾病效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月湖北医药学院堰桥医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。所有患者均做好生活方式调节,包括控制血糖、血压、血脂等,对照组采取常规治疗方式,口服盐酸贝那普利片,1次/d,10 mg/次,观察组在此基础上增加综合饮食管理干预,包括现代医学饮食管理措施和中医饮食管理措施两个方面。对两组患者检查前后的HbA1c、UAER、ACR几项指标进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后的HbA1c、ACR和UAER水平都有所下降(P<0.05),观察组的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规疗法联合综合饮食管理干预能有效改善患者症状,控制患者病情。Objective To explore the effect of conventional therapy combined with comprehensive diet management on diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Yanqiao Hospital of Hubei Medical College from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All patients were well regulated in life style,including controlling blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipid and so on.The control group was given Benazepril hydrochloride orally by routine treatment.Dividend tablets,once a day,10 mg/time.On this basis,the observation group was given additional comprehensive dietary management intervention,including modern medical dietary management measures and traditional Chinese medicine dietary management measures.The two groups of patients before and after the examination of HbA1c,UAER,ACR several indicators were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,significantly higher than that of 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c,ACR and UAER in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with comprehensive diet management intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,control the patient's condition,worthy of clinical application.
