地佐辛与曲马多治疗硬膜麻醉剖宫产患者术中寒战的疗效及不良反应比较

摘　　要：目的观察对比地佐辛与曲马多治疗硬膜麻醉剖宫产术中寒战的疗效及不良反应发生率。方法选取2015年4月至2018年4月江苏省东台市中医院收治的85例硬膜麻醉剖宫产术寒战患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分观察组(n=43,曲马多进行治疗)和对照组(n=42,地佐辛进行治疗),比较两组术中血氧饱和度、Ramsay评分及不良反应。结果观察组血氧饱和度略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组Ramsay评分高于对照组,不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛与曲马在实际临床硬膜麻醉剖宫产术寒战中均有良好的治疗效果,但地佐辛治疗Ramsay评分较高,产生的不良反应较少,镇静效果好,用药安全性高。Objective To study the efficacy and side effect of dizoxine and tramadol in the treatment of chills during cesarean section under dural anesthesia.Methods A total of 85 patients with shivering after caesarean section under dural anesthesia were selected from Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2015 to April 2018 as the study subjects.The observation group(n=43,tramadol for treatment)and the control group(n=42,dizosin for treatment)were randomly divided into two groups.The intraoperative oxygen saturation,Ramsay score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The oxygen saturation in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The Ramsay score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dizosin and tramadol have good therapeutic effect on shivering during caesarean section under epidural anesthesia,but Dizosin has higher Ramsay score,fewer adverse reactions,good sedative effect and high safety.
