摘　　要：目的分析社区获得性肺炎伴发热症状患者采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合地塞米松治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月至2019年1月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的社区获得性肺炎伴发热症状的患者107例作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间先后分为观察组(55例)与对照组(52例)。对照组患者单纯利用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠注射液治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联用地塞米松注射液。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后体温及白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者体温及IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区获得性肺炎伴发热症状患者采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合地塞米松治疗效果更好,可改善患者体征。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia patients with fever.Methods From March 2015 to January 2019,107 community acquired pneumonia patients with fever admitted to Suzhou Wuzhong People's Hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(55 cases)and a control group(52 cases)according to the time of admission.The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium injection alone,the observation group was treated with dexamethasone injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,body temperature and levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in body temperature and levels of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium with dexamethasone had a better therapeutic effect in community acquired pneumonia patients with fever,which can improve the physical indicators of patients.
