摘　　要：目的研究胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的疗效及对心功能的影响。方法选取江南大学附属医院(无锡市第四人民医院)2016年3月至2019年3月收治的心力衰竭合并心律失常患者50例,采用电脑随机法分为两组,每组25例。其中观察组实施胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗,对照组实施胺碘酮治疗,将两组治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组心力衰竭合并心律失常患者总有效率、心功能指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心力衰竭合并心律失常患者不良反应更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合缬沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的疗效显著,能改善患者心功能。Objective To study the efficacy of amiodarone combined with valsartan in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia and its effect on cardiac function.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019 in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University(Wuxi Fourth People's Hospital),50 patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups,25 in each group.The observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with valsartan,the control group was treated with amiodarone,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and cardiac function of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group with heart failure and arrhythmia had lower adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with valsartan is effective in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia is significant,and can improve the heart function of patients.
