摘　　要：新中国成立70年来,中国农业总产值与农业投资总额呈几何倍数增长,这其中与农业政策的制定和实施有着密不可分的关系。为了分析中国农业政策与农业投资之间的关系,预测中国农业未来发展趋势,首先分析了新中国成立以来每个时期国家农业发展、农业政策及农业投资状况;在此基础之上,进一步阐述了每个时期中国农业政策的特点及其对农业投资的影响。最后,结合农业经济的发展趋势,对中国农业政策及农业投资未来发展趋势进行了展望。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago, China’s agricultural output value and agricultural investment have been increasing in a geometric multiple, which is closely related to the formulation and implementation of agricultural policies. In order to analyze the relationship between China’s agricultural policy and agricultural investment and predict the future development trend of China’s agriculture,this paper firstly analyzed the situation of agricultural development, agricultural policy and agricultural investment in each period since the founding of new China. Moreover, each period Chinese agricultural policy characteristic and its influence to agriculture investment were further elaborated. Finally, combined with the development trend of agricultural economy, the future development trend of China’s agricultural policy and agricultural investment were forecasted.
