摘　　要：蔬菜产业是国家促进农民就业、农民增收、农业增效以及农村经济发展的重要支柱。新中国成立以来,随着经济体制由社会主义计划经济向社会主义市场经济的转变以及生产力的提高,中国逐渐从蔬菜生产供不应求转变成为全球蔬菜生产大国,蔬菜国际竞争力不断提高。对中国蔬菜产业的发展脉络进行数理分析,展望未来产业发展方向,可为政府产业决策提供一定支撑。简述了新中国成立以来中国蔬菜产业的发展历程,分析总结了蔬菜产业在产销体制、生产水平、蔬菜育种、生产技术、出口贸易、生产区域布局等方面的发展脉络;从质量安全,机械化水平,产后储藏、加工、流通能力,以及标准化生产等4个方面分析了目前蔬菜产业发展中的主要制约因素。基于分析结论,对未来中国蔬菜产业的发展提出了对策和展望。Vegetable industry is an important pillar for the country to improve the farmer employment,income increase, agricultural efficiency and rural economic development. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, with the transformation of economic system from socialist planned economy to socialist market economy and the improvement of productivity, China has gradually transformed from a country with short supply of vegetables to a country with large global vegetable production, and the international competitiveness of vegetables has been continuously improved. This paper analyzed the development of vegetable industry in China and looked forward to the future direction of industrial development, which could provide some support for the government’s industrial decision-making. This paper briefly introduced the development of Chinese vegetable industry since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, analyzed and summarized the development of vegetable industry in the aspects of production and marketing system,production level, vegetable breeding, production technology, export trade, production regional layout, and so on,and analyzed the main restricting factors in the development of vegetable industry from four aspects: quality safety, mechanization level, postpartum storage, processing, circulation capacity and standardized production.Based on the analysis conclusion, the countermeasures and prospects for the development of Chinese vegetable industry in the future were put forward.
