地域视野下的中小学校园更新研究——以福州市台江第四中心小学改扩建设计为例

摘　　要：中小学校园不仅是培育人才的空间载体,同时也是城市空间环境、城市形象的组成部分。但在城市规模不断扩展与城市化进程的不断加速的过程中,原有的中小学校园,在规模和空间布局上不能满足新的教育理念的要求。原有校园的更新、老建筑的改造再利用已成了迫切的现实需求。文章通过分析校园所在地区的地域文化,挖掘地域建筑文化的特性,从规划结构、功能结构、生态交流场所的设计与新旧建筑文脉的延续来构筑有地域特色的校园新风貌。Primary and secondary school campuses not only provide a space carrier for education and teaching,but also for the cultivation of talents.At the same time,the campus is also an integral part of the urban space environment and image,but in the process of urban scale expansion and urbanization,the ancient primary and secondary school campus,in the scale,space layout cannot meet the requirements of the new educational concept.The renewal of the ancient campus and the renovation and reuse of the old building have become an urgent real need.This paper analyzes the regional culture of campus,excavates the characteristics of regional architectural culture,and constructs a new style of campus with regional characteristics from the planning structure,functional structure,ecological exchange site design and the continuation of old and new architectural context.
