摘 要:文物建筑将在以实用为主的民族本性、政治趋势、文化趋势、经济趋势,以及当地政府的合力推动下进行资产化经营。文物建筑遗产资产化经营在产生经济利益和促进文化繁荣的同时,也不可避免地产生了改变文物建筑原有的性质,破坏文物建筑本体与原有环境的关系,使得文物建筑的文化遗产流于浮夸的弊端。针对文物建筑遗产在资产化过程中的弊端要做出相应的预防措施,既需要明确文物建筑遗产的资产化经营责任人、文物资产化对象,也要建立相关的监督机制,给出文物建筑遗产分区、分类、分时间段的具体方法,使文物建筑遗产由资源到资产平稳过渡。Cultural relic buildings will be operated as asset under the promotion of the national nature of practicality, the current political trends, cultural trends, economic trends and the cooperation of local governments. Although economic benefit and culture prosperity have been achieved after managing cultural relics buildings as asset, the original nature of heritage buildings has been changed inevitably and the relationship between the cultural relics and its original environment has been destroyed. Accordingly, the cultural heritage of cultural relic buildings overstated. In view of the disadvantages of manage cultural relics buildings as asset, the corresponding preventive measures should be enforced. Hence, this paper not only clarifies the cultural relic building and its asset responsible owner, but also puts forward relevant supervision mechanisms and gives the specific methods of zoning, classification and time-separation of cultural relic buildings heritage, which makes the cultural heritage construction property transit from resources to assets smoothly.
