摘　　要：在全球文化趋同的背景下,许多地域文化正在消亡。建筑遗产既展现地域人文特色,又记录地域历史变迁,是地域文化在时间、空间的具象呈现。边缘型建筑遗产因其界于保护与非保护之间,评价标准模糊,保存现状复杂,保护力量单一,因此常在城市化发展中被破坏,最终造成传统建筑和地域文化的永久性损伤。文章从边缘型建筑的类型和价值入手,在国外的研究基础上,针对我国边缘型建筑遗产保护现状,分析其在政策、管理、居住、商旅等层面的问题,并提出保护与活用的具体方法,为后续边缘型建筑遗产的保存提供借鉴和参考。Under the background of global cultural convergence, many regional cultures are dying out. Architectural heritage not only shows the regional humanistic characteristics, but also records the historical changes of the region. It is the concrete presentation of regional culture in time and space. Edge-type architectural heritage is often destroyed in the development of urbanization because it is between protection and non-protection, with vague evaluation criteria, complex preservation status and single protection force, which ultimately results in permanent damage to traditional buildings and regional culture. Starting from the types and values of marginal buildings, this paper, on the basis of foreign research, aims at the present situation of the protection of the heritage of marginal buildings in China, analyses its problems in policy, management, residence, business and travel, and puts forward specific methods of protection and utilization, which can provide reference for the subsequent conservation of the heritage of marginal buildings.
