摘　　要：静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(DVT)与肺动脉栓塞(PE),血栓脱落可引起PE,VTE是一种高发病率、高病死率和高复发率的疾病.抗凝治疗是VTE治疗的基础,VTE出院患者需长期口服抗凝药物以防止血栓复发,抗凝药物可以降低VTE的复发率,但增加了出血的风险.了解VTE复发的危险因素为临床医生选择抗凝治疗时长提供依据,对降低VTE复发率及出血风险有重要的临床意义.文章就VTE复发危险因素的研究进展作一综述.Venous thromboembolism(VTE)includes deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and pulmonary embolism(PE).The detached thrombus can cause PE.VTE is a disease with high morbidity,mortality and recurrence rate.Anticoagulant therapy is the basis of VTE treatment.Discharged patients with VTE need long-term oral anticoagulant drugs to prevent recurrence of thrombosis.Anticoagulant drugs reduce the recurrence of VTE,but increase the risk of bleeding.Understanding the risk factors for VTE recurrence provides a basis for clinicians to choose the duration of anticoagulant therapy,and has important clinical significance for reducing recurrence rate and bleeding risk of VTE.This article reviews the research progress in risk factors for VTE recurrence.
