摘 要:为解决倾斜塔柱在施工过程中混凝土拉应力超限和成桥应力不佳的问题,提出基于混凝土拉应力限值和施工安装条件进行主动撑杆或主动拉杆的安装位置和预加力的初步设计,以成塔后的应力为目标对预加力进行优化。以斜拉桥花瓶式桥塔为例进行实桥的主动撑杆和拉杆的设计及优化,结果表明,该方法能有效主动控制施工过程中的混凝土最大拉应力和改善成塔后塔柱的应力状况。In order to solve the problems of exceeding the limit value of concrete tensile stress and poor stress of completed bridge in the construction process of inclined tower column,this paper puts forward the preliminary design of installation position and pre force of active strut or active tie rod based on concrete tensile stress limit and construction and installation conditions,and optimizes the pre force with the stress after tower construction as the goal.Taking the vase type pylon of cable-stayed bridge as an example,the design and optimization of the active strut or tie rod of the real bridge are carried out.The results show that the method can effectively control the maximum tensile stress of the concrete in the construction process and improve the stress condition of the pylon after the pylon is built.
