银黑狐繁殖季节不同时期精液品质变化规律的研究

摘　　要：选取90只10月龄银黑狐,研究繁殖季节4个不同时期的精液品质变化规律。结果表明:精子浓度初期、中期和后期显著高于末期(P<0.05);活动精子比率、精子顶体完整率、直线运动速度(VSL)和曲线运动速度(VCL)中期和后期显著高于末期(P<0.01或P<0.05);精子畸形率中期显著低于其余3个时期(P<0. 01);精子的运动性、平均路径速度(VAP)中期显著高于初期和末期(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明繁殖季节中期和后期精液品质优于初期和末期,建议生产中银黑狐精液采集以2月初至3月中旬为最佳阶段。Ninety silver foxes with 10 months of age were used to investigate the variation of their semen quality at 4 different stages of breeding period.Sperm concentration in the initial,medium and late phases were higher than that in the last phase(P<0.05);motile sperm,the intact rate of acro-some VSL and VCL in the medium and late phase were higher than those in the last phase(P<0.05,or P<0.01);the rate of sperm malformation in the medium phase was lower than that in the other three phase(P<0.01);sperm motility and VAP in the medium phase were higher than those in the initial and last phase(P<0.05,or P<0.01).The results showed that semen quality in the medium and late phases were better than that in the initial and last phases of breeding period to suggest that semen of silver foxes should be collected between February and mid-March.
