120日龄雪峰乌骨鸡乌色度与肌肉黑色素含量的相关性分析

摘　　要：为研究雪峰乌骨鸡胸肌乌色度与黑色素含量的相关关系,本研究选取60只120日龄雪峰乌骨鸡,测定其胸肌亮度值(L)、乌度值(W)、黑色素含量,并分析W值与黑色素含量之间的相关性,建立雪峰乌骨鸡胸肌乌色度与黑色素含量的关联。结果表明:W值与黑色素含量呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关,相关系数为0. 841,回归模型为y=0.311 8x-0.401,R2=0.631;L值与黑色素含量呈极显著(P<0.01)负相关,相关系数为-0. 761。研究结果显示,雪峰乌骨鸡胸肌W值可作为乌骨鸡黑色素含量的参考指标,用于雪峰乌骨鸡乌色性状的育种实践。In order to study the relationship between the black color and the melanin content of Xue・feng black・bone chicken breast muscle,60120-day-old Xuefeng black-bone chickens were selected to measure the breast muscle brightness value(￡),Wu degree value(W)and the melanin content of the pectoral muscle to analyze the correlation between the W value and the melanin content,and establish the relationship between the black color of the chest muscle of the Xuefeng black-bone chicken and the melanin content.The results showed that the W value was positively correlated with melanin content(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient was 0.841.The regression model of W value and melanin content was:y=0.3118%-0.401,F=0.631.There was a significant(PvO.Ol)negative correlation between L value and melanin content,and the correlation coefficient was-0.761.The results showed that the W value of Xuefeng black-bone chicken breast muscle could be used as a reference index for black pigment traits in black-bone chicken.
